Subject: RE: Your William Hill account
    Hi leo,

We are in receipt of your email and have saved your documents in a secure file. At this time, we still require you to send us the following documents captured using a digital camera:

    * A valid photo ID such as a driver's license, national ID or passport
    * A proof of address issued within the past six months (e.g. a utility bill or bank statement)

Upon receipt of the mentioned file(s), we will then be able to update your account and proceed with your request without further delays.

We look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Security Department

Over 18s Only - William Hill Age Verification Measures

William Hill takes active measures to ensure that all clients are of legal age for gambling (18 years old). In a small number of cases the checks that we carry out are not able to verify the age of new account holders. If this applies to your account we would need to ask for further information from you to confirm you are at least 18 years old.

The simplest and quickest way we can verify you are over 18 years old would be to contact our Verification team on 0800 731 7823(UK) or 00800 3551 3551 (International) who will be happy to complete the necessary checks with you over the telephone.

Alternatively, you could provide us with a suitable document to prove your date of birth by fax or email. We will accept any of the following documents:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Driving Licence
    • Passport
    • Signed Credit Agreement

You can scan and email your document to: avs@williamhill.co.uk
Please include your account number / username within the email to ensure your check is completed promptly. Furthermore, please scan and save your documents as .JPEG images to ensure we can view them when they arrive.

    They have 2 departments

    1) Age verification - which approved you
    2) Security verification - those who give you troubles from documents@willhill.com

The 1st department is easy to pass, the 2nd is the one that takes forever to respond ... it took me 2 weeks to get them approve my withdrawal (and by the way I don't even live in the UK, lol, but I just a bank statement for my mail forwarding address, haha, it passes every bookie, even William Hill haha )

Anyway call them, chat with them, make sure they write as many notes as possible about you not having utility bill so they could finally see it and approve your withdrawal.

Make sure you even email 5 times in a row to documents@willhill.com if they don't respond to you by Friday .... so they would get back to you eventually.

Considering you posted a thread in the last couple of days pretty much admitting to using multiple accounts in your friends and cousins names etc to still use William Hill, then you really shouldn't be surprised when suddenly you get asked to jump through a few more hoops than usual in order to verify who you are. Once you have done that though, they should pay you out what you are owed...though of course it could get trickier still if you and your friends/cousins also all claimed bonuses on those multiple accounts that you have been using.

Its probably a good idea to edit out your account number from the emails you posted in this thread as well !

It's probably better idea to report this multi accounting scammer to william hill while he still has all the account info visible.

The reason we honest players have to go through harder and harder ID processes is because of POS scammers like the OP.
