    you guys all act like the guy who was killed didn't do anything just because in the story nothing was mentioned...the guy was obviously doing some incredibly illegal stuff if they were even considering killing him. Just cuz he was a marine, the media wants everyone to sympathize for him. I'm not bashing anyone who serves the country or saying they don't deserve respect for what they do... but just sayin....they guy was obviously doing shit that the media didnt mention

    they were there to serve a search warrant (that ended up yielding no drugs or anything illegal) as part of a multi-house sweep in the area.

    the only thing he did wrong was taking out his assault rifle, but he thought he was protecting his family. they did not think the swat team was a burglar, despite reports that they did.
