I certainly would not think the president is be behind such a horrific act. The consequences for such involvement would be disastrous not just for this country but for him personally and his family. Also, there is zero evidence that points towards his involvement, just your speculation, so as of now it's a conspiracy theory. Howevery, our gov't has been known to be shady over the decades so nothing surprises me anymore. But just because they're shady does not mean they're involved in or responsible for a majority of the accusations laid at their feet by conspiracy theorists. Simply a logical fallacy.
