Al Davis should've listened to Lane Kiffin and not drafted this monumental BUST. He can't even complete short 5-10 yard passes without getting them picked or go 5 feet over guys heads.

This is his 2nd full season in the league and he's actually getting worse. I'd rather have Tavaris Jackson than him.
Too early to tell about Russell...
He missed training camp with his holdout his rookie year. So, that year was basically wasted.
He's been (and continues to be) in a totally disfunctional situation in Oakland.
So, giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'll say the jury is still out...but it is fair to say he isn't moving in the right direction up to this point...

Mad props for telling it like it is. I've long held that opinion but am always reticent to voice it because of being labelled a racist. I have nothing against black people, but like you, I feel they have zero business being NFL QBs, even in a backup role. I think Donovan McNabb is the cream of that crop, and even I have to admit that the QB play for the Eagles was superior when Jeff Garcia was starting.
Leaf although Russell could be a big bust too.

I know what you mean, I hate to say that black guys cant play QB, but its the truth... All the best QB's ever are white, coincidence? maybe, but I would rather have a white QB than try to prove 80+ years of NFL history wrong...

I dont think any QB should be drafted in the first round...
QB's have too good a chance of being a bust and they will rarely ever produce right away, draft players at WR,DE,LB,CB,SS,FS.
Ya I just realized that one ryan, but still look at all these modern day black QB's, most of them rely on their athletic ability too much and never really develop pocket passing skills.

There's just not enough Donovan McNabb's around. If McNabb was fortunate enough to have stability a the WR position who's know how better he would had really been.
