Taking the Bruins to sweep +1215

I know, I fit into the cliche of an overly respectful Philly fan but what they did to us was just overwhelming. Do you really think Tampa is that much better than Philly was (even without Pronger 90% of the series)? I don't. Sure their stars have been clicking. They did go 7 against a Pittsburgh team that wasn't very good without the big 2 though, as admirable as what Pit did when all was said and done is. It was impressive what TB did to Washington sure, but Washington always shits the bed in the playoffs.

I say it is a series that very much resembles The Philly series. One close game that could go either way, possibly two because I do give Tampa credit for being a little better than Philly was and Rolie is better than any of the legs of the Philly goalie (now collapsed) tripod.

Boston is so good, so complete and they are just a ******* steam train that will win the cup in my opinion.

That's enough for tremendous value at +1215 (The Greek) to splash a unit on for them to sweep. Love this play.

    - Gagne hasn't played since game 1 against the caps. He's probable for Saturday. He will definitely add some depth to the team.

    - Kubina hasn't played since game 1 against the caps as well. Doubtful for Saturday. I don't know to what extent "head injury means," maybe a concussion (in which he will be off the ice longer)? idk. they haven't released much detail, but if it's not a big injury I expect to see him back sometime this series.

    No way for a sweep.

I agree on game 6. Tampa 4-2 in the eastern finals series. It's definitely going back to Tampa either 2-0 or 1-1 for game 3.

    I'm excited for this series

Philly had crappy goaltending, Tamps got Roloson. Watch out Boston.

No question Boston should push them around physically, but I see the Old Man doing more than Bouche or Bob could and stealing a game or 2.

This isnt the 1st and 2nd round of the NBA playoffs. Teams dont win back to back series 4-0. Id be curious if anyone even knew the last time that happened.

I feel like the odds should be even higher for a sweep from Boston. I'd put the chances of it happening at maybe 1%

dont think it will be so easy for boston vs tampa. not an excuse but at many Flyers are headed for surgery and three more may face the same fate. ""Center Mike Richards is scheduled to have surgery today to repair a torn wrist ligament . Right wing Kris Versteeg will need surgery to repair a sports hernia, center Blair Betts will undergo finger surgery and defenseman Andrej Meszaros will have wrist surgery.
Forwards Scott Hartnell and Jeff Carter are being evaluated for hip issues that may require surgery and defenseman Chris Pronger is facing the possibility of back surgery to alleviate his lower back pain and diminished leg strength.""

I agree and i'm not a Flyer fan.

Certainly no gaurantee of a sweep, but they should win this series with ease,I can't see Tampa competeing, i can't believe so many guys here love Tampa to win the series, time will tell, but i'm with you on this one big time.

A few bucks on a sweep and 5 games..then the real bet the Bruins to win the series.

20 posts before someone agreed with you, post #10 had hope in them, but every other post was in complete disagreement with you, thats hard to fuccking believe.

Also very scary! 19 guys in a row love Tampa with 1 guy on the fence.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the poster,it's so uncanny.
    makes me wonder.

Bruins bash their way around, but lightning have the finess, speed, and goaltending advantage. Should be good series, I have a lightning futures bet that I might have to hedge.

Hard to sweep a team that is playing at the top of their game. TB swept Washington because they had no answer for the 1-3-1 and only Ovi showed up and Boston swept Philly because of their goaltending problems. But TB is playing too strong right now and I see this going at least 6 games with both teams having a chance.

NO WAY THE BRUINS SWEEP THIS SERIES... Do you know how hard it is to win 8 straight games in the playoffs. The Bruins are good but not that good. I also think your under estimating this Tampa team. The have the fire power to score goals and stay in this series... I like the Bruins but it will be just like the Montreal series... 6 or 7 games...
