etc, etc, etc. of course if you drop down the max on "head" then Tony will say it was by a neck and vice versa depending on what his numbers will show to make a profit

You can only have a dead heat if there's more than one horse gets to the wire at exactly the same time and that will be noted in the official chart. This is not a matter of opinion.
