People are acting like Miami murdered the celts when they only lost by 9. Celts where over rested from that break they had from sweeping the knicks. I wouldn't jump on the banwagon for the heat in game 2, Celtics are going to come hungry for that win.
I think the refs had alot to do with game 1.
Not complaining, had Miami, but just saw the refs taking boston out of the game everytime they grabbed a little momentum.

Like Celts as well. I think they are winning this series and they will play like a machine the coming game. If Miami would have some bigs then it would probably be a different story but they don't. Boston has gone down 1 game in many playoff series to later come back. And maybe the Celtics defense understand the 3 point champ can shoot the ball. Boston in a blow out.

"Real Talk" refs had allot to do with that game. That was game one so don't get too cocky.
MIA had the best game they are able to play. If they keep it up they win, if they don't they lose. I have not seen consistency within a single game all season for my Heat, let alone two in a row. That is why I have $ on BOS.
PS> don't fall in love with James Jones. Has long been one of the worst players at the Heat until he was told - "do ANYTHING except shoot the 3 and you are dropped". He has very poor handling/catching and is a liability with the ball on the floor. Pretty good defender but easy to get a foul from.
The first three-point championship he won was a joke - i think it was the lowest ever score by a winner. James had his average day and the others just had a terrible day. I'd guess one of the worst 3pt contests ever in terms of makes.
I have sat through years of misses from this guy. This 'hot streak' is simply due to being so wide open from Lebron/Wade drives - he hasn't really improved as a player much. Ray Ray will show him how to hit a contested three.

No they didn't. Far from it. Offensively only Wade and JJ played well. Rest of the team was 13/40. Bron was above average and Bosh was trash.

i think people should disregard the first game in a series because it is not really a good indicator of who is the better team. alot of the better teams are not sure what to expect in the first game because the playoffs are so weird. but anyone who thinks that boston wont come out mproved and more prepared is a fool because rondo wont get into early foul trouble again and will run the show, paul pierce wot get ejected ,joneswont shoot that well again and boston will play better. miami rely too much on certain players and boston as a team will have too much in their arsenal.

I think Boston gets off to a really good start tonight and wins the first half. Just trying to decide if they win the game or not.
