-They let people roll their echecks over and over again and shut down other peoples accounts when they beat fraudulent accounts. Then they have to pay out legit players who beat these people.

It's obvious for years FTP never segregated players money, they were suppose to do this as per KGC regulations, but instead spent it all. It' sickening. I hope they all go to jail for life.

While Full Tilt certainly may have been playing fast and loose with player balance just by the appearances of the gourds of player and television sponsorships flooding out of the company -- maybe they rationalized they were "borrowing" the player funds as part of a revenue growth strategy?

Anyway, a lot of the OP conjecture doesn't seem to hold up to logic, and one of the links of "proof" posted was a forum post on 2+2 by a guy with 14 posts.

Guys with 14 posts at SBR get treated with extreme suspicion and even derision, but on 2+2 14 posts = gospel?

Well I sure hope not because they still have a high four figures of mine. To ever be able to comeback to the U.S. market these issues will have to be resolved. There are some big names behind tilt and on the face of it. It may take a while but I'm not worried (yet?). Stars has my money too.

He didn't post a lot nor do I imagine he actual spent a lot of time gathering his links but at least he clearly stated his points and some links for further information and/or to highlight what he said.

Not saying the OP has to do all of the leg work, google would still be the tool to use to get additional information and further backup, but it is reasonable to expect some solid references to claims made, without having to google it just see if it is true.

I agree, the links I posted weren't the most reputable, but that was spending a total of 2 minutes looking around the web and finding other similar speculation. I wasn't saying that it is a done deal, I was just defending the OP to show that he wasn't the only one who was thinking this.

To the other point about FT crediting accounts, but not actually deducting the money. I have a coworker sitting 5 feet away, who deposited on there over a month ago and still has not had the money taken out of his bank account. So again, there is some truth to this accusation. I don't know what method he used to deposit, but this did happen.

Obviously as long as there are players playing that have had their deposit collected as well.

If every players deposit was not taken then it obviously makes no sense. But that is not the case, it was probably still a very small percentage, especially because im sure alot of the players at a given time are just playing with their roll and not their recently depsoitted money.

just on a site. i flopped a fullhouse, and took three soviets out to the river. guys 3 betting with 8 high flush., 2h ihg flush. and i for get what the other guy had.

but the way these guys bet. i though maybe myaaa55 was beat. but none of the three guys were even close. it is good to be agressive.

but if you can slow play a monster for awhile. and get three guys out to a three bet river. its big payoff time.
