    Neteller should follow Moneybookers.....

They need to follow Moneybookers lead and issue security tokens. The moneybookers token means your account funds are very safe.

Neteller needs to implement this fast.

Wow. You actually made an smart post. You actually have a brain under that wig?

I presume Neteller want to compete with Moneybookers. The security token would make sense for their high end clients even if it is costly.

Wells Fargo, HSBC, a few others and mainly business accounts

Asia and Aussie big on tokens

Interesting stuff Goldie. If all of the above can do it why not Neteller?

    How much would it cost?

Had one at both pokerstars and fulltilt before the pulled out of the US... Fulltilt had a option to use an app on your cellphone and I can't imagine the cost to get this set could be that great... Ridiculous that a company like neteller doesn't offer this option....

Moneybookers charge £15 for a security token, though they are free if you are registered as VIP. The cost involved is relatively peanuts and on security grounds Neteller should have no hesitation in issuing them.

    contrary to my experience

I sacked Neteller because I always ended up with less in my account following a withdrawal. fees and currency conversion as compared to Moneybookers

Even online gaming companies (think World of Warcraft, Eve Online) are using the tokens these days, and in the majority of cases far less funds are at risk.

You still will have to go through an extreme hassle to get your money. Neteller will have to do a long investigation and your Neteller account will be closed while this is done.

Give me a token and no hassle please.

What exactly is a security token?

I had the oppurtunity to get one by both PS and FTP, but I never got around to getting it because I wasn't really interested/didnt really care.... What does it do exactly?

It generates a one time password which you enter in addition to your normal login.

If you really care about adding an extra level of security for your funds then you would be well advised to get one.
