Kansas lost their last 4 against Denver, combined for 130-81.
If the chargers win tongiht I might put my winnings on Denver. Opinions?

I'm taking the UNDER on that game (currently 48) and that's it.
Normally, just looking at that match-up, I would take the dog and the points but I did some research awhile back on Denver playing at Mile High and they were covering something like 54% of the time so I am always hesitant to bet against them at home.

That's a good analysis. Denver at home usually plays tough. They are a totally schizo team but if they can't get up for a KC game, they should just mail it in.

I haven't seen a team so far this season that KC couldn't beat. It could be a big year for the Chiefs.

Could be. I think they have all the pieces finally in place. I've always liked Vermeil and it would be cool to see him win again. They better do it soon before Priest Holmes completely falls apart. They also have tremendous home field advantage so if they get to the playoffs it could be their year.

Larry Johnson is a better running back than Priest. Vermeil knows it too and has insinuated it on occasion. The Chiefs would be a better team if Priest fell apart and Johnson was the workhorse starter. It won't be long either...

While KC has looked this year so far I don't think it is going to continue... For what it's worth I like Denver at home...

Most books like to keep there action even on both sides so I doubt you are opposing Pinnacle... more likely all the money is KC and they need action on Denver to balance the book... they don't want to move off the 3 so they are "given juice" to take Denver... You are actually opposing the general public not pinnacle...
For me personally, thats too much juice to pay for a bet against the spread...so if I liked KC (which I don't) I would pass on the game...

Hi All,
Living in Austalia i have yet to see Denver play. Could someone please tell me what their passing game is like. Watching the Chiefs vs Oakland last week and in consultation with some stats it seems to me that KC might be susceptible to a good passing offence. For me that's where Denver will win if good enough.
