BetOnline is garbage.

My complaint?

They used stall tactics when it came time to get me my cash.
Customer service reps there don't seem to know how to help.

I was eventually paid but their payout time-frame is unacceptable.

brock you have been here for 30 years, i am sure you have seen the problems they have. betislands has rolling ifs you just have to call them in. You can have your limits increased there and payouts are same day.

Just for the record 5Dimes is and always will be the book I play with and I've never had a single problem. Payout 101-deposit payouts in your ATM. Well the part where he can't play at BM is most likely due to a charge back and the Heritage shit was obviously due to the scam he rolled out a month or so ago.

i would think if you get blacklisted at one book, it would be hard to get another account at any other book under your real name. you know they gotta share info.

I don't think it's like that. That means there would have to be a huge database with everyones personal info for them to reference. That would not be good. I don't think books call other books and give out names.

Brocks case might be a little different because this is a public forum and book reps are always around and the JJ situation has turned into a household topic.
