Not likly, as this problem with DC has received press many times since 2006. It didn't stop DC last year against the Spurs when the crew blew TWO crucial calls or the year before that when DEN shot 30+ FTs to Mavs 13.

I think this goes in line with when he said that he could pick games simply based on who was reffing them alone and hit at a really high rate. I bet he or his mob friends made some good money off of said games for sure.
