It's like soccer. American's have to hope for their end all be all to get into those sports. That one crazy good player, like Tiger was to golf. If it isn't NFL, MLB, NHL, or NBA, American's could pretty much give a fuk what happens in sports outside their own. It's somewhat of a lame attitude, but that's how it goes I guess. That's why foreigners could give a shit about our sports too unless they live here. I really wish some kind of American equivalent to Pele could step out of the shadows and just dominate European Futbol. It's a great sport no matter what most Americans say (generally those who aren't good at it).

The American public attitude toward soccer is always way off. Yes, the USA natl team wins some games on occasion. But when we do, the response is..."We should win the World Cup." The path is not that ez. It's a cultural thing, w/ layers upon layers of youth programs. I swear a lot of the incorrect viewpoint is just that lazy Americans think they can just flip a switch and get what they want.

ty. the thread title alone is absurd. I imagine the ratings for yesterday will be outstanding. The PGA tour is incredibly healthy. It will be fantastic watching Tiger and Phil compete with these young guns, international or domestic, for the next few years.

Good list. Personally, I think Fowler is playing better than his ranking. Add Tiger, Phil, and Furyk and you have a group of Americans that have already won many majors and will win many more.

Those shots he was hitting to give himself eagle chances were 100% of what he is capable of doing.

to many of the pga courses are the same (1 dimensional) and the players haven't a clue how to manufacture a shot.
