    What the hell are those bracelts these athletes are wearing? I see all the nba, mlb and even golfers wearing them??? Its bugging me

    They sell them for like $20 a piece. I think they are a gimmick. They are supposed to help your balance and flexibility but I tried it....it's all a gimmick.

    They aren't a gimmick. They're ion bracelets. Read about it and you'll understand. I have one and it def helps with my achy joints. I'm on 26 but have borderline arthritis, especially when it's cold. They aren't some miracle, but they def help

    They are most definitely a gimmick, scam, fake, etc. You can keep believing otherwise though.
