Always tries to end chat, and has the nerve to always put me on extended holds. Every other rep answers my question within 3-4 minutes. Today I waited 8 minutes 3x for simple answers, and Ive waited over 30 minutes before in live chat for this lady. I swear she just sits there and purposely makes me wait.

Guys a supervisor. Around Thanksgiving Bodog sent out promos to some of my friends, but I never received one. I persistently asked CS because I didnt know they selectively issued bonuses at the time. I guess they were upset because I kept asking, but this is the first rep to ever say "Go **** yourself" and "**** You" to me from any sportsbook.

Honorable Mention: Niko from JustBet.com
He promised me a 150% bonus package on my intial signup. I was issued 60%, and they denied me wager warranty, even though Niko told me I didnt need to play a certain amount of weeks to receive it. Not a bad person, just relayed false information to get me to deposit. Found out a few days ago he was fired for doing this sort of stuff.

US government for sure. Some lady who speaks Ebonics and sounds like she weighs 300 pounds was very unhelpful when I called in last week. Go figure. Oh yeah, government workers aren't overpaid, it's just a figment of your imagination.
