I can not beat a 20 cent line but I could beat Matchbook each year in bases. I thought the other exchanges had much higher margins. Any suggestions? I don't think I can beat a 10 cent line either. What are my options?

Don't know about exchanges but check out pinnacle and 5dimes reduced juice.
