Yep. I could see Mattingly getting canned if the Dodgers go bad early.

Clint Hurdle and Showalter have HORRIBLE odds.......those guys arent going anywhere. Showalter will succeed and Hurdle will get at least 3-4 years of failing in before he gets canned. Those two should be +1000

I wouldn't touch any manager with a team "expected" to lose. That's why Mattingly, Quade or Roenicke should be the plays.

yea this bet could go for years...

my guess would be edwin rodriquez just based off the fact that marlins manager was fired the last 2 years

joe girardi was nl manager of the year got canned

and then fredi gonazlez got canned mid last year and they were playing pretty good

i dunno, its hard to say as most are anticipated to have losing seasons.

only person i can see getting the boot would be roenicke, as the brewers have some measure of expectation in a division thats wide open with no real clear cut favorite.

6315 john farrell - tor blue jays +550

He replaced a legend, and fan/player favorite. Blow Jays will lose, so you just have to temper the emotions of the owner.

I can see it. They brought in Greinke. They have some salary. Brewers need to win now.

no matter how bad the brewers might be, roenicke won't be fired this year for 3 critical reasons:

    1. he's white
    2. he's a geezer
    3. he's a white geezer

I'd disagree. Look how long they have kept other shit managers. Gibbons? Cmon. Though my gut just says Mattingly. I think maybe Showalter if he does complete shit, just because of all the moves Batli made this year.

Well they are committing a bit more $, but overall yes them owning the Jays is bad. Rogers can choke on dick. If they fire Farrell, a good bet to have should be "When will the Jays rehire Farrell?".

Showalter isnt getting canned anybody who thinks so should retire from gambling. Baltimore has atleast 4-5 years under him before they switch skippers.

Collins won't get canned in his first year. Mets will probably go 80-82 and he'll get two more years and fail then.

they have more scouts then any team in baseball and put alot of money in scouting if they didn't care about the team why would they care about scouting so much. they said several times they will have 140-150 mil payroll when the time is right in 2-3 years. so i wouldn't say they don't care about the team.

If it goes badly early...The brewers could cut ties quickly. Brewers fans have a lot of expectations and not quite sure that team can live up to them. Greinke is already starting the year on the DL which is not going to help either...

I can't see Collins getting fired - there are very low expectations for the Mets this year, and they're kind of a team in transition anyway.

Too many scouts can pillage team payroll fast. Imagine dining at Ruths Chris every nite when you're trying to run a small home biz on a shoestring budget. Not the smartest way to spend your dollars.

Rogers has owned this team for more than a decade, so the 2-3 year projection sounds like classic same shit different year.

No chance. Not Hendry or the new owner's style. No way they fire a first-year manager (not just for the team, but for him) in his first season. They gave him a 2-year deal and he will manage for those 2 years minimum, almost guaranteed. This is the case even if the Cubs are bad again this year. Waste of money to bet this. The whole prop is just a way to steal money without a no firing option listed.

they went from 26th best farm system to 4th best in a year so ya paying for scouting pays off and ever since paul beeston went back to team president he said they will spend money like when he was in toronto in the 90's with the highest payroll every year. so im just saying they do care about their team. you cant go by what godfrey and jp riccardi said or did they were clueless
