Will jason kidd and nash start when they are 40?

any predictions for all these veteran players in the nba. Alot of players in the nba in there mid and late 30's now.

Kidd, nash, shaq and a few others should all get on the same team and win a damn
    championship.

Im already hearing rumors of kidd or nash being on miami next year

More importantly, will you still be trolling the forum with your trash when you're 80?

Nash will play, but he has injuries, so if hes healthy, he'll play.

fkn pathetic basketball tonight, kind of makes you sad because you remember when these two met it was a track meet, now you don't know if one of them is going to die heading up the court

If I had to make a bet, I'd say only 1 of these guys will be starting at 40 years of age. Nash is in better shape, but Kidd is built more solidly and can take the bumps. But by 40 Kidd will be another step slower. Both players are great, I can't believe they are so old already

Kidd has always been a better all around player than Nash and more of a winner

Kidd still is pretty good too

I don't think Nash would work well on Miami since you already have the whole team wanting the ball in their hands. Maybe in 3 or 4 years when bosh/lebo/wade learn that winning is about being a team he would work perfectly but he'll be cashing pension checks by then.

No. Younger and quicker guards will enter the nba and these two will become role players because of their defensive liabilities.

why couldn't they play. basketball isn't that difficult a game. it's just gym class like everyone did but instead of rasing the baskets out of the way so kids won't shoot during dribbling drills they let them shoot or drop the ball in. an overrated non-skill game except for leapers and runners and at their height the game is a joke. not as much as a joke as ttwarrior1 is but a joke nonetheless.

Staying in NBA shape is very difficult. Hence is why players are considered "old" when in their 30s. 1 year makes a big difference in this sport.

Nash will stick around, Kidd is in his final season this year, unless the Mav wins it all he may return. But i doubt it.
