    had similiar mismatch with braves hudson vs an awful marlin lineup wednesday game ended tied...so buchholtz will only pitch 5 innings or so ?

    I'm on this. You would think Clay goes around 5 and this lineup will give the pen some cushion. Yesterday I had Atlanta but fat fuk George Sherril allowed 3 runs in an inning to blow it. Sox 4x for me.

    the sox have lost there last 6 for a reason

    i dont have any confidence with either pitcher after bucholz leaves the game

    meanwhile the marlins pitching has been solid the last 7 games other then nolasco shitting the bed back when they played houston. they only allowed 8 runs in the last 4 games which is pretty good with 2 shutouts in there.

    id be careful. boston has been getting killed this preseason and already got blown out by the fish.

    Another advantage is the Red Sox are using a DH (Ortiz) and the Fish are letting Vazquez hit. I think this is a huge advantage that I'm seeing alot of in these Grapefruit/Cactus League games.

    No Lackey, no Beckett....that's a good sign. Funny thing is that those 2 pitchers I mention will actually be favored very early on this season. Will be short lived, though. Both should get hit very hard in the reg season.
