Uh no, it isn't a commonly used model, especially when it has the leading Nazi on the upper left of the spectrum when most leading political theorists recognize Nazism/Fascism as being a right-wing philosophy. This includes the leading analyzers and writers of Fascism today, Roger Griffin and Walter Laqueur. Thus why you have to get such a diagram off of a right-wing website and try to pretend it is some type of near-universal diagram of philosophical thought rather than a biased hackjob to romanticize the Right.
