Print this out, several copies.

Put it on your ceiling above your bed.

Put it on your bathroom mirror.

Put one on your fridge.

Put one IN your fridge.

Put one on the inside of your front door.

Stick it in your work cubicle or whatever.

Put one by your computer monitor.

Never be in a hurry to lose. Games will happen every day, don't ever rush to get down because of some new info or feeling. Don't be in a hurry to rollover, don't force the bets, let them come to you.

Stay in contact with Heritage. Be honest with them. You opened your account in Nevada, but are now likely planning to access it in Minnesota. Let them know ahead of time, foresee these issues and head them off before they are issues. Because they can be issues.

It's easy to make a bet from your phone, don't let that convenience hurt you.

Man I could go on and on and on.

But if you take away one thing, it should be to print out that post and internalize it with out ever backsliding or showing signs of problemtatic gambling. Keep yourself in check daily, if you feel yourself slipping, step the fukk away. Period.

Or you will be in for disaster, if money management hasn't already drained you.

I wish the best of luck don't take that quip about money management lightly. It's both he cause and solution for many, many problems with gambling.
