yeah, their rules are pretty vague about this:

Statistics provided by the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used to settle wagers. Where an official website is not available or there is significant evidence that the official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.

In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

I guess "official website of the relevant competition" would be itftennis.com, but they don't have point-by-point kind of results available, as far as I can see:

so they seem to be basically free to use whatever "own statistics" they have.
