I know this is Industry's standard already, but that is just ridiculous. This need to stop, we as players have to stop this or it will be getting worse. It is happening already. And don't listen to moderators here, they are here to protect the books and not us, at least that is my impresion after reading this forum for years. The only question is, what can we do about it?
