Hey guys,

So I started using Intertops a few weeks ago.. Built up a decent balance (for me anyway) and requested a withdrawal via Bitcoin, It was quite the wait considering the payout was in bitcoin but I had no problem as they stated this beforehand and I knew it going in... As long as I got paid I didn't care.. And I did so all good there.

So I requested that withdrawal last week, The withdrawal limits for bitcoin are as follows on Intertops.

  • Duration 48 hours
  • Limit $100 - $2500 per week
  • Costs $0.00

Anyway fast forward this week, During days I was waiting to get paid out I kept winning some more, Enough that I would like to withdrawal again... I went to request one and it said "Payment limit reached" my first withdrawal was not even close to the limit.. So I contact support and they told me, The rule is 1 payout per week, Per account.. and its from the time they actually payout not from the time you request it.. So the 5 waiting days I did don't count.. Now for me to withdrawal again I have to wait 7 days + another 5.. Pretty crappy.

I honestly would have absolutely no problems if this rule was stated somewhere... I looked everywhere, Rules page, Payout page etc.. Nothing.. So I contacted support and was told
"It is not written in the rules, But that is the policy"

Kinda shady, I love Intertops and will continue to use them, No complaints about actually getting paid out or anything so this isn't a bash intertops thread or anything.. just don't like how that rule is nowhere to be found, not written anywhere and they make it sound like you can withdrawal $100-$2500 per week.. nothing about 1 withdrawal.. I even asked if I could use another method and they said nope, It's 1 per week per account and if you count the processing days etc.. It's basically 1 per 2 weeks.

Just wanted to let you guys know about this rule so you don't get blindsided by it like I did.. Sucks.. Honestly don't know how that can not be written in the rules..
