It's a solid brand that brings in a large portion of its parent company's revenue but it's very cookie cutter and over the years the quality has probably been compromised to some extent to maximize profits, as with any large chain it lost some of its authentic feel as it grew into a world wide establishment...its not sexy anymore, and the employees probably do not feel the wonder and excitement that a budding company promotes...when I go to a restaurant I love to see the passion, in the quality, in the service, in the ownership...Olive Garden is past that, it's beautifully tragic as with most restaurants that eventually expand to the point where there is a disconnect between ownership and the guests...that being said I remember the breadsticks being crack
