A guy inborivate sector was hired by trump opponents during campaign, he used to be MI6 so most likely analyst or data grabber ....he was paid to dig up any and all things he could find....in his search he came across the story about the golden showers which turns out was fan fiction posted online and shared repeatedly....he slides it in his findings as "fact"....gives it to political operatives who read it and say wow this is huge...they pass it to FBI and then the report is put together and briefed.

All sources said the intelligence community was not involved here and the briefing was classified and contains other info but not focused on the pissing girls....buzz feed then conflated the two and posted and others picked up and now you believe it as fact.

The "summary" and dossier was typed to read like an official cable for the public eye but contains no govt classification markings so basically the author just used cool fonts to look real. Just wait...all will come out and it's a hoax they got trolled hoping to be first to nail Trump.
