The NFL lines can be bought up like you have it, but the NCAA game will only go 4 points (in either direction) for me.

I just checked and have prices listed from -3 up to +16 (line is +6.5), don't know why you're having a problem. Heritage will let you buy/sell up to 9.5 points, anything more starts with the 10pt teaser. At least that's my experience, I guess it's possible it varies depending on the account holder (limited, pro, etc.).
