We have had to close your account .
Under paragraph 7 of our terms and conditions, we can close down anyone’s account if we suspect they’re acting illegally or fraudulently on our site. We can also retain any money they have in their account. In your case, we’ve decided to do both of those things.
You can take a look at paragraph 7 – and the rest of our terms and conditions – here.
This decision is final and we won’t be able to discuss it any further on the phone, on email, or by post.

This seems like a pure scam, i made 2 bets which i won. Then only a week later i get my account closed. I've tried contacting the IBAS but haven't had a reply, what are my options?
I honestly think this is some a mistake caused by some sort off automatic trigger.
If they have closed your account for fraud/money laundering reasons then they are required to report it to the UKGC and not give you any further information apart from the basic explanation they have.

You are welcome to submit an SBR Sportsbook Complaint but there is a 99% chance they will just tell us they cannot discuss the account as well due to licensing conditions.

I have found a good way to get a response from IBAS is to write to the UKGC and CC IBAS into that email. You need to say to the UKGC that you are trying to access a dispute resolution system and neither Betfair or IBAS will respond to your request for this help and you are asking UKGC to step in and insist one of them address this issue.

That is basically the only responsibility UKGC has toward gamblers. To ensure a proper dispute resolution procedure is available. SO dont go off about the issue. Just ask UKGC to do their job and make sure the complaint is reviewed properly.
