I have played at marsbet greece and i have won some money in casino slots (3200euros) but when i have asked for a withdraw they have closed my account claiming that i'm playing with surbets tactic,something which is totaly wrong because the main profit was from casino waggering.
The last 2 months i have no issue with payouts requests and i have received them normally,as i don't have any profit on my last betting activity but when i get this casino win and i have asked for a withdraw for the half ammount on my account,
they have paid me only my deposits(2400e) and they have cancelled all my winnings and closed my account.
They don't even sent me the list of my last transactions, that i have asked for and the have lied at me me
that i'll get paid all the money that they owed me,in their last email.
Some days after they decided that they won't pay me all the money on my account (5600euros)
Many greek customer haven't paid their winnings and don't even their deposits.
Please send me any infos about how can i get paid my legal winnings.

If you are in Greece I have been informed that Marsbet does respond to the Greek Gambling Regulator when players submit complaints to them.
