Yes, but let's be realistic here: Someone with 652 posts in nearly 5 years (with a lot of them coming in a month and a half span), who many believe cheated, who doesn't log in even close to daily, who will be far away from #1 after calling every player here bad and saying he'd finish 1st by only playing around 85 tournaments all year, and only posts in the poker forum, when he does post, isn't going to spend a decent chunk of change on points just to pay off bets.
Especially since there is no punishment for not paying them. So he goes from being thought of as a cheater to a stiff and cheater? Big deal.
I made the bet with him because I knew it had no chance of losing, if I get paid then great but I never expected to.
That said, when he does lose if he buys points and pays up I'll apologize without thinking twice.
