Same thing happened to me. I reached out to them and got told twice that they don't know why this is happening and that they are working on fixing it. They also insisted that I do not keep calling them because at this point, there is nothing they can do (customer service apparently waiting for feedback from technical team). Can't believe that a sportsbook like Bodog would use this kind of approach to ban people. Still hoping this is a technical issue ... but I'm starting to have my doubts.
