We want to assure all our valued customers that the ownership and structure of First Fidelity remains 100% unchanged. All levels of excellent customer service will continue as is and continue to improve to provide our customers the best overall service in the industry. Along those line we are relocating our phone wagering services to a different facility to ensure continuing quality of service that is the only change that is in process.
