scheduled title fight that Aldo has withdrawn from... Here's the list of the others:

UFC 125 - against Josh Grispi, would have been his first title defense after being "anointed" champion.

UFC 149 - Another undisclosed injury scrapped Aldo's planned bout with Erik Koch in July 2012 which led to teammate Renan Barao's interim bantamweight fight with Urijah Faber being moved to the main event.

UFC 153: rescheduled title fight with Erik Koch was again scrapped after Aldo damaged his foot in training.

UFC 176 - Jose Aldo pulled out of his scheduled fight with Chad Mendes after a shoulder injury late on in training meant that he couldn't compete

It's clear to me that Aldo doesn't like to fight injured or even banged up.. Probably why he's been the champ for so long.. I don't buy into the "he was scared to fight him stuff"..
