My dad, a top military engineer, an engineer that was top dog responsible for overseeing the entire Military Ocean Terminal Base in NJ right across from the old Brooklyn Navy Yards, and his engineering team, most of them who loathed Bush, and would have loved to prove otherwise all agree it went down pretty much the way it went down.
