Statement from the NFL:

The NFL will follow a modified set of procedures to prepare game balls for Super Bowl XLIX. The process includes independent equipment managers and expert ball attendants.

According to NFL Spokesman Michael Signora, the Bears equipment manager Tony Medlin will be in charge of handling the game balls. Medlin wasted no time in hiring SBR Forum's PSI expert t-wizzle as the crew's main air pressure inspector for the game.

"We are confident in t-wizzle's immense knowledge of PSI. T-wizzle will maintain strict control of the footballs' PSI levels throughout the game," Medlin said in a statement.

T-wizzle is expected to hire at least two ball inspectors to assist him in his efforts at the Super Bowl. A couple sources have been quoted as saying that one of these expert ball inspectors will likely be Michael Sam, who has a proven track-record in the inspection and handling of balls, and a special friendship with PSI correspondent t-wizzle.
