thanks for keeping the plays coming...it's nice when one of these up-waves, like we're riding now, come along to bring the roll to new levels...makes the suffering endured during the preceding slump well worth it...

in slumps, the temptation is to get depressed and "take time off"...or, at the opposite extreme, to get too impatient to "get revenge" (ie. "chase") the $ lost in the pull-back, either by magnifying the number of plays (by "forcing" plays out by lowering your normal standards to qualify a play)...or, way worse, by magnifying the weight of the plays artificially (not because of increased confidence...but due to increased impatience to "get back" to where you were before the slump)...

the best thing to do, Cotes, is exactly what i see you do in this thread...just keep on firing, everyday's decisions unaffected by previous day's results...that way you're always in position when the next up-wave comes...like Jesus in the night, we never know exactly when it'll come...so just keep firing with the value plays...

let's hope the wave we're riding right now continues...but even if it doesn't, there'll be plenty more...cuz $-up-waves (aka. positive variance) follow $-down-waves as surely as day follows night (and vice-versa)..

lots of silent appreciative followers like me are glad you keep firing--through the streaks AND the slumps--and take the trouble to post your action
