I've made quite a bit of money gambling. And it's not an issue. This world isn't free. Do you know the cost of running a business, check processing companies, etc......?

Making money gambling, and gambling for a living are two COMPLETELY different things. A homeless guy off the street can go on a hot streak and "make money gambling."

That said, I'm well aware of these costs. Some books are able to offer payouts for reasonable fees, and some don't. Books that charge 3-4 times what other books do for the exact same payout shouldn't get a pass because it's the "cost of doing business."
