The problem is carseller is that he constantly agrees to anything that will get him points and then he just decides to arbitrarily change the agreement. There should be a significant penalty for that alone.

It was made very clear to CS4 that if he made good faith efforts and repaid principle, he'd be treated with leniency. After all the lying and scamming he's done instead of living up to his agreement, hard for anyone to believe he should be cut much slack if any. His pattern is obvious to all but the most delusional posters.

It's been said before, but worth mentioning again: if BD (one of the nicest guys on the forums) calls someone out, you know they've crossed the line
