The awsard has been a joke for many years now. I do not expect to get much of an argument bysaying tha Suh was by far, the best college player out there this year, but Ingram won the big game on T.V. I am just glad that the two QB's, who will not do much at the next level, did as poorly as they did. Neither deserved to be there to begin with.

As far as Tebow goes, there is no question that the young man is a class act. He has a tremendous will to win. But to say he was the best college player ever is a huge stretch. How many years did he lead his team to undefeated records? How many games did he lose in his 3 years as a starting QB? His record is not a record for the great ones. Florida was never considered to be a great team. They certainly could not match up against 2003-2005 USC or 2004-2005 Texas. So we are now rid of Tebow, which is also good for the game. More people will get the desered attention that they did ot get because the press and CBS were too busy drooling all over Tebow. A class act? Yes. A great leader? Yes. A great QB? Not even close.
