Ok, I think the situation has been lost in translation here to English with the way you wrote it which is why people including myself have responded the way we have.

Let me know if this is correct:

You made your live wagers between 12:52 and 13:12

Although the match was due to start at 12:50 it started at 13:05.

You're saying that at 13:42 when your over 8.5 bet was sure to win it was cancelled.

Then at 13:45 when your over 9.5 bet was sure to win it was cancelled and again at 13:52 with your over 10.5 bet.

The way it is written in your first post it sounded like you placed those bets after they were already winners. The one thing I don't see though is any proof that they cancelled them at the times you say they did unless I'm just missing it. Regardless though what you need to do is find evidence from one or two other big books of what their odds were for those bets so you can compare them to Bet-At-Home's odds to see if they were indeed an obvious error. If you find that other books had similar odds, fill in the SBR Complaint Form again and I'll be sure to watch out for your email.
