I'm not defending Sterling but he was caught in a private conversation, Shaq outright made fun of a child's disability in public on a social network.
Shaq being a part owner in the NBA, which has programs that support children with special needs, publicly made fun of this kid.
If you had a disabled child, you would be greatly offended.
But sadly shaq's story will be overlooked because this nation is too offended by this racist old fart (who know one knew before this incident) and his dysfunctional women problems.
