But the NBA is basically a PARTNERSHIP among the owners. Partnerships have partnership agreements. Partnership agreements have clauses whereby a partner can be voted out. Ergo, Sterling can be booted. Now, he's entitled to fair compensation, and that will be the fight, but with respect to whether or not he can be booted.....yes, he can, and he will.
