Here's the problem....why did this player have to come here and fill out a report for this to happen? Why wasn't the issue already found by CS and he credited properly?

This is not the first time we've heard of betonline and their "technical issues," but every time they are brought up to CS , players are just told "tough."

This player was lied to by CS...plain and simple. This player should get an extra $75FP (with no rollover) just for putting up with all their BS.

This book has way too many "technical issues" to be an A+ book.
