As a pro in the US you can buy: Any merchandise item in the store (everything besides sportsbook cash)
As a pro outside the US you can buy: sportsbook cash
It's currently $3000 points for a $100 amazon gift card, so I guess you could say roughly 30 points to a dollar, but no, you can't literally cash them out for cash.
