I've been nearly ran over by the girls speeding through the isles with the ROLLING carts of boxes plenty of times. I'd be concerned if they had to just carry things box by box but the fact is they stack them on a wheeled cart and then stop it on the isle and unload.

I would much prefer a Kmart job for wage vs stacking pallets of furniture...loading lumber at a Lowes/Home Depot etc. She has it good there...and again, indoors with AC/Heat vs outdoors. And if I remember correctly, you went out of the printing industry and set up your own operation in the last year or so right? Have her come on over to your shop and give her a living wage pal...You're still open so means you must be in the black...share the wealth! Give her $30/hr position boss man Any reason why you won't?
