this is incorrect. Ownership has always been separate. Many guys keep repeating this at SBR and now it supposed to be truth. The only connection is that EZ hired employees from BI and offered a buyout after combing through their books. This isn't an endorsement of EZ. They may be an "F" book for all that I know.
