I don't understand why you submitted a complaint to SBR when you haven't even completed rollover yet. What exactly are you complaining about? You're stressing yourself out about something that's not even a possibility for you right now and may not be if you lose your cash before clearing the rollover. You said in your first post you know about proxies and VPNs so even if withdrawing online was your only option = problem solved. Feel like I'm missing something here.
