This depends. If Defacto meant "either Grabaka or Dirty X", then "is" would be the proper verb usage.

The agreement of compound subjects and their verbs depends on whether the subjects are connected with a coordinating conjunction or connected with a correlative such as "either .. or" and "neither .. nor". If using a coordinating conjunction, the subjects would take a plural form of the verb. If the subjects are connected with a correlative then you use the verb form that agrees with the subject closer to the verb (in this case it would be singular).
