Heritage is very sensitive to negative publicity, so they would have informed sbr that they didn't agree to arbitration by Justin just to get their reputation attacked on this forum. They would obviously have preferred to resolve this behind the scenes. For the record, when I played there Heritage always treated me right, and for the most part I enjoyed the relationship with this book. Things changed with the Greek invasion, as they had to, and I was contacted by Heritage when I changed my tone about the book accordingly. They seemed genuinely surprised that older members would no longer sing their praises. This is a good book, but that doesn't mean that they should be allowed to freeroll players. If they're so special, as they like to claim, why can't they take a more proactive stance to prevent freerolling? If you take the bet, you pay the bet. No questions asked.
