Very true. Plus a lot of cruises close the casino, they aren't open 24 hours. I know that because I've been on some of those. Close at 2AM or so and open at 10AM the next morning. Either way to even be talking about this shows clearly how weak the ruling was.

Monkey's comment earlier was right on - I don't think there's a halfway serious player on the forums that has agreed with Justin's ruling. Even some book reps have chimed in and disagreed with the call. I think he's usually on the money, maybe he produced an unbiased ruling here, but he was wrong.

That last part (he was wrong) can not be argued on an intelligent level. I do disagree on some of this though, I still believe Heritage has represented themselves in a decent manner. Most books are going to accept the favorable ruling, it's obvious they want to get this right.
